on the way i spotted a strange small shop by the roadside....
it was a tradisional shop serving food fron the north.....
i decided to have a go with the food.....
out of the so many varieties, i choose PAV BHAJI, PANI PURI and to wash it all down a tall glass of BADAM KHEER.....
PAV BHAJI is basically a simple dish made up of some buns, a bit of gravy, and slices of limes....i tried asking the chef what goes into the gravy but he refused to tell me....looks like a family secret....haha
PANI PURI is the total opposite of PAV BHAJI, it is made up of tiny cupcakes made from dough,
and a spicy sauce to go with.....the cupcakes are filled with potatoes,onions, etc......
BADAM KHEER on the other hand is a tall glass of milkshake made from milk, almonds, safron and sugar....the saffron gives it the yellow colour.....
I didnt manage to take pics of the food...but i managed to find some on9.....

To all PIDC students and VMU students who wish to try the food....the stall is located beside Eden Garden in Santham Complex....
trust me the food is tasty!!!!!!!!!!!!
